At Beauty Formulation, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make things right.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return most items purchased from us within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email).

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

​

  • Opened or used cosmetic or skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Gift cards, sale items, or downloadable digital products.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us — we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

2. How to Request a Return
​

To start a return:

  2. We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Please package the item securely and return it using a trackable postal service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Refunds will cover the cost of the product only, unless the item was defective or incorrect, in which case we’ll also refund the original shipping cost.

4. Exchanges
​

We can exchange items if they arrive damaged or faulty.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
