1. Processing & Dispatch

At Beauty Formulation, we aim to dispatch all orders the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) if your order is placed before 2pm

If we’re unable to ship on the same day, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Options & Times

We offer several delivery options at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier Service): 2–4 working days
Express Delivery (Tracked): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (e.g. holidays, sales, or severe weather).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, delivery method, and order size.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
